2014 Toyota RAV4 Gets New Technology and Safety Systems

Four Levels of Toyota's Entune Infotainment System Are Available

For the 2014 model year, Toyota has added more tech to the RAV4.

First, the 2014 Toyota RAV4 will offer four different levels of Toyota's Entune infotainment system. The levels are as follows:

Standard on the RAV4 LE: Entune Audio which includes a 6.1-inch touchscreen, a six-speaker AM/FM/CD sound system with Bluetooth, USB, and AUX inputs; and a backup camera.
Standard on the RAV4 XLE and optional on the LE: Entune Audio Plus which adds HD Radio and HD Traffic and Weather.
RAV4 Limited and optional on the XLE: Entune Premium Audio that adds navigation and the Entune App Suite. The app suite includes such services as Bing, iHeartRadio, and OpenTable.
Optional on the RAV4 Limited: Entune system with JBL Audio system that includes eleven JBL Green Edge speakers and an eight-channel amplifier.

The 2014 RAV4 Limited also gains a new Technology Package option that includes a Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Lane Departure Alert and Auto High Beam.

Toyota hasn't announced pricing for the 2014 RAV4 or a release date.
