The customers have spoken in one of the most competitive segments of the automotive industry: It’s the 2017 Infiniti QX60—a midsize, three-row SUV—that has earned the 2017 Autobytel Buyer's Choice Award for Best Luxury SUV.
The 2017 Infiniti QX60 has a dynamic, athletic look that’s highlighted by distinctive LED daytime running lights in front, dramatic “crescent-cut” rear roof pillars, and plenty of sleek sheet metal in between. Also sharp are the QX60’s available 20-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, which boast a unique design with 15 split spokes.

A new luxury feature for the 2017 Infiniti QX60 is an available Motion-Activated Liftgate, which is ideal when folks have their hands full. There’s room for 15.8 cubic feet of gear behind the third row, 40.8 behind the second, and 76.5 with both rows of rear seats folded.

The 2017 Infiniti QX60 more than lives up to its luxury positioning, especially with regard to its seats. The first two rows boast standard leather appointments, and the fronts are heated. Options include climate-controlled first-row seating, heated second-row outboard seats, upscale quilted surfaces, and a power-folding third row.

The 2017 Infiniti QX60 also welcomes the latest Infiniti InTouch infotainment technology for the new model year. Backed by an 8-inch touchscreen, this setup can furnish voice recognition, access to concierge services, and navigation with both lane guidance and three-dimensional building graphics. Optional on the audio front is a 15-speaker surround-sound system from Bose.

The 2017 Infiniti QX60 one-ups the competition with available Predictive Forward Collision Warning, which can monitor up to two vehicles on the road ahead. That advanced safety system is bolstered by automatic rear braking, adaptive cruise control, lane-departure warning, lane-departure prevention, blind-spot warning, and a very handy Around View monitor with moving-object detection.

If you plan to drive in areas with inclement weather, the 2017 Infiniti QX60 can be ordered with an available “intelligent” all-wheel-drive system that will keep this luxurious SUV moving in snowy and muddy conditions. In normal driving conditions, it sends all power to the front wheels; in slippery condtions where the front wheels struggle for grip, the system can transfer up to 50 percent of the power to the rear wheels to keep the QX60 moving and perhaps get you home.

The 7-passenger cabin in the 2017 Infiniti QX60 is as flexible as it is comfortable. For instance, the second row of seats has 5.5 inches of back-and-forth travel, and it can be slid forward for easy access to the third row—even with an empty child seat in that middle row.

To create an elegant interior environment, Infiniti endows the 2017 QX60 with real maple trim on its center console, and its finish is inspired by Fuki-Urushi, that timeless Japanese craft of lacquering wood in layers to let the natural tone show through. Graphite-weave interior accents also are available in the 2017 Infiniti QX60.
