Sells For A Cool $300,000
How much would you pay to have the first 2015 Ford Mustang GT in your hands? $50,000? $75,000? How about $300,000? That was the winning bid for the first 2015 Mustang GT at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction this past weekend. The proceeds of the auction will go towards the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, a group that helps fund research for Type 1 diabetes.
For that price, the winning bidder will get a Mustang GT built to their specifications, including individualized color, transmission, and options. As an added bonus, the team involved in the 2015 Mustang’s design and development will sign the Mustang.
