Movers and shakers, take note: The 2007 Cadillac Escalade will be on showroom floors by the end of February, 2006. By June, the extended-length Escalade ESV and the Escalade EXT pickup truck will be on sale. Pricing has not been set, but you can expect to shell out about $50,000 for an Escalade without options and as much as $65,000 for an Escalade ESV with all the trimmings.
