Nissan is in the process of revising its North American product portfolio. The all-new Versa hatchback and sedan replace the Sentra at the entry-level segment of the marketplace beginning this year, allowing the Sentra to move upscale. Stretched by 2.3 inches, this sixth-generation 2007 Sentra is clearly larger than the outgoing model and pushes the envelope defining the compact car. What’s more, Nissan has upped the standard equipment level, refined the interior, and tuned the chassis for better handling and improved responsiveness. However, the characteristics that have defined Sentras past have been maintained, including exceptional fuel economy, impressive build quality and predicted durability, low cost of ownership, and safety.
