2006 Porsche Cayman

When it comes to the 2006 Porsche Cayman, the whizzes from Zuffenhausen have basically added a steel roof and cargo hatch to the already popular Boxster, and have also bumped up the horsepower to create what is arguably one of the most appealing Porsches ever to roll off a production line. The Cayman uses the same 3.4-liter flat six from the Boxster S roadster, but tweaks it to deliver 295 horsepower and 255 lb.-ft. of torque. Thicker anti-roll bars and 18-inch wheels contribute to the improved handling characteristics of the car. Porsche also offers ceramic brakes as an option, which reduces weight, improves braking and contributes to the crisp handling.
