They’ve had four years to get the controls of the Aspen spot-on, and sure enough they are, thanks to the Durango. From the turn signal stalk to radio controls and environmental settings, the Aspen offers a Chrysler-ized version of the Dodge Durango layout, meaning that it’s pretty much the same: clear, easy to read and reach buttons and controls, a climate control center that’s intuitive at a glance, and an entertainment area that’s also easy to program. We did have some trouble getting the hang of the rear DVD unit, but once figured it, out it was off to the movies.
