"BMW did everything right with this vehicle. My M3 corners like it's got Audi's quattro AWD, accelerates just as well as a Porsche 911, looks classy, and has room for four. Despite not getting a 100 for comfort, it's still very comfortable on road trips or in the city, and more comfortable than any other sports car I've driven. The 19' wheels look incredible and provide great cornering, but the ride might be too jarring for some. Get the 18s if you want a softer ride. Unlike in most cars with a sport button, this one really does make a difference. Some complain about the HK sounds system, but I think it sounds good. If you can afford it and you like to rev the engine to get your power (unlike in a larger displacement V-8), get this vehicle. It has, no kidding, supercar performance with practicality."

"I have 7,000 miles on my e46 M3 coupe. IT has performed flawlessly. Build quality is excellent and fit and finish is top notch. When you hit the SPORT button and get the car over 5,000 RPM's the car takes off like a rocket. Tremendous grip and excellent steering make it a joy to drive. Position of 6-speed shifter and pedals is perfect.
The M3 coupe is a precision driving machine that holds the road at any speed. You can cruise at 120-mph and the car is rock steady."

"After 4200 mi., the best car I have ever owned. It is fast, handles great, brakes are great, awesome looking car. The best part is I can take my family of four out for a ride together. This car is the ultimate driving machine. I waited over a year to buy it at MSRP, but it was worth the wait. Warning! This car teases you to drive it harder and faster, know your limitations. The ride quality is a good compromise between comfort and sports car firmness. It is my weekend driver, only regret is I wish I could use it every day, but it is not a substitute for a work truck."
