Advice to buyer: |
Ask people who own one if they like the dealership, you wont get any help from Lexus Headquarters if something goes wrong!! |
Detailed review: |
This is my 2nd RX and I love it. I previously had an RX300 but wanted the navigation system so I traded it for the 330. The car itself has been great; absolutely no problems. The poor rating comes from customer service or the lack of. Lexus has much to learn about satisfying their customers when things dont go right. Prior to closing the sale they promise you the best customer service offered, but after the sale you'd think you had bought a used Hyundai. The dealership, a certain royal one in Ontario Ca, was less than satisfactory as was Lexus Headquarters when calling or writing to them. While I do get great service from Oakland Lexus now, the whole experience has left me a bit sour on getting a third Lexus. |
