I got this vehicle as a prior rental. I got it $6000 below sticker and still got the rebate. MY monthly payments went down $85 from the 2001 I traded in!! So far, I like this car. It is big and safe for me and my son. It does have some get up and go. No need to rev it up to 5000 RPM's to get the power. Just stomp on the gas and it goes. I got a decent sized car for the price I would have paid for a compact and I got some really good features. I even got the dealer to install my cd changer for free. Not bad huh??? This vehicle is not for everyone since I know most younger people think of the Monte as a 'old geezer car' Well, I'm 37 and not a geezer!! Its a nice ride with some get up and go. If you want a car with good features, good ride, and are not too worried about your 0-60 times, t hen this is it. |
