Detailed review: |
I purchased the sedan with the Ecotech engine, and have been very pleased with the way it performs. I am confident that at any time I get into the gas, I will quickly pass the obstacle, or get up to speed when entering the interstate.
I recently had an opportunity to drive a sedan with the standard SOHC engine, and let's just say I felt robbed vs my DOHC Ecotech equipped car.
If you are looking at the sunfire, spend the extra $250, and get the Ecotech; you'll be happier with the performance. If you are driving the car hard at all, the Ecotech actually gets better gas mileage than the standard does. |
