 Detailed review:

Buyer beware! Build quality is POOR! We actually have a 1998 Model of this vehicle (the Transport/Montana) with 49,000 miles on it - purchased new in 3/98. We love the features, love the ride, and love the ease of use. The thing we don't love is the quality of the build. It held together relatively well through the warranty period (36K miles) of mostly highway driving. Since then, it seems everyting is breaking. We have had the rotors turned, put a new steering rack in ($1000, in which Pontiac participated at only the 50% level). Also, we now have a coolant leak between the manifold and the block, as well as an oil leak at the main seal (go figure). Much of the interior is cheaply made, and breaks - - this includes: Seats which fall apart, trays/holders that are insufficiently reinforced, and seatbacks which disintegrate. Buyer beware! You'll love it for a while, but it just won't hold up!

1998 Honda Odyssey
1998 Dodge Grand Caravan
