Detailed review: |
I LOVE this car!!!!!!I think that the only thing that It is actually lacking is a v-8 engine, but since there are only a few cars and trucks on the market that actually have them you may not even notice. The performance is very good for a V-6. it is potent to say the least and the handling is great for a vehicle of this size because the steering has a very nice mix of being sport precise and smooth at the same time. The take-off is good (I leave the 2 fast 2 furious types in the dust). I love the fact that Chevy provided the car with a lot of extra's and at the same time the layout of the controls are easily located and simple. This is a get in and go automobile with a little muscle in it's hustle. The radio & rear view mirror controlled On-Star system is cool because it can check stock quotes and e-mail or be a voice recorder, a cellular phone or a personal assistant. although if you're into car stereo's and want to change the radio for an aftermarket upgrade it will be difficult unless you purchase the non-Onstar model. The car has lots of room both front & back as well as good head room trunk space. The car is also comfortable on long & short trips. Also the entry & exit is great (I should know I am 6'-1')The car also has other nice features such as a turn signal indicator chime that comes on when the signal is left on for more than a minute and if the ignition is on and you turn the key again the ignition will not make a terrible grinding noise like most cars still do. Chevy put lots of effort in this one and I'm very satisfied with this being my first new car purchase. In a nut shell all you have to do is stay in between the lines and obey the traffic laws and you're good because the car practially drives itself! |
