Advice to buyer: |
The RX is good for grocery shopping at the local store |
Detailed review: |
In my search for a SUV that performs well, I had read many good reviews on the RX330. The exterior and interior designs are superb. Driving the RX around the local roads was a pleasant ride and at times it felt like driving a car instead of a truck. I'd thought this was the one I've been looking for until I drove it on the expressway. Everything that was good about the RX on the local roads became pure evil at high speeds. The RX would zig when I wanted it to zag. It steered like a boat. You would have to anticipate the RX drifting on the road with about a 12 inch play in the steering wheel. This truck had no reserve power. It seems to spill its guts out at the 3k mark. Not fun at all. The RX330 is not for serious drivers and I'm still in the hunt. |
