Very responsive. I bought the Base model with the V6 and a strong options package. The ride is a little stiff but I was use to a van with a longer wheel base. First tank averaged 23.5 mpg. We bought a 2005 Honda CRV SE last year for my wife and we almost bought another one for me. I bought the Toyota because of the V6 and Toyota quality.
