Advice to buyer: |
If you want plenty of room without guzzling gas, this is the right vehicle for you. |
Detailed review: |
My favorite part of this SUV is by far the gas mileage. My average mpg for driving 3000 miles from May through September was 35 mpg. The vehicle got a bit lower mileage when new (31.0 mpg over the first 3000 miles) and gets lower mpg in cold weather (30.7 over it's first winter).
I find the driver's seat a little too firm, but still tolerable even for extended periods of driving (5 hours). Based on my experience over the last year and a half of ownership, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this vehicle. It has loads of room but gets the same or better mileage than most small sedans, plus it's emissions are much lower than standard vehicles. |
