Component:  Electrical System:  Alternator/generator/regulator
Defect Summary:  A WIRE LOCATED BETWEEN THE STARTER AND THE ALTERNATOR MAY RUB AGAINST THE HEAT SHIELD AT THE TURBO CHARGER.
Consequence Summary:  
Corrective Summary:  THE WIRE WILL BE RELOCATED AND SECURED, AND DAMAGE TO THE WIRE WILL BE REPAIRED, OR THE WIRING WILL BE REPLACED.
